Terms and Conditions

Rates. 

The rates are based on the number of people per booking. Each apartment can accommodate a maximum of 8 people aged 3 and above. Children aged 1 and 2 do not count towards the total number of people.

The rates are exclusive of tourist tax. The tourist tax is calculated after entering the number of people and their ages.

The rates include:

Booking
In the booking calendar, you can select your preferred period. Make sure to use the booking options mentioned above (otherwise you will not see any prices). Fill in the requested information. 

Submit your reservation when you have filled in everything. We will confirm the reservation after checking all the information.

Payments:
Payments are processed through the Dutch payment provider Stripe. The reservation is only final once we have received the payment. The payment deadline is no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation terms

Standard cancellation terms:
4 weeks, deadline 3:00 PM
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the reservation (deadline 3:00 PM).

Special cancellation terms:
Sometimes there are offers with special cancellation terms. In this case, these are mentioned in the offer. If nothing is mentioned, the standard cancellation terms apply.

Excluded from reservations and not allowed in the apartments:
