Our booking and cancellation conditions.
Rates
Our standard rate is cheaper than our rate on external booking sites.
The rates are based on the number of people per booking.
Maximum 8 persons per apartment aged 3 and over
Children aged 1 and 2 no longer count towards the number of persons
The rates are exclusive of tourist tax. The tourist tax is calculated after entering the number of people and their ages.
The rates include:
final cleaning
bed linen
towels
kitchen towels
free good wifi
made beds
Reserve
In the reservation calendar, you can click on your preferred period. Fill in the requested information.
Submit your reservation when you have filled in all the fields. We will confirm the reservation after checking all the information. You will then also receive a payment request.
Payments:
Payments are processed through the Dutch payment provider Mollie. The reservation is only final once we have received the payment. The payment deadline is 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation terms:
We apply the following cancellation conditions
Standard cancellation terms:
4 weeks, start time 3:00 PM
You can cancel free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the reservation (calculation time 3:00 PM).
Special cancellation conditions:
Sometimes there are special offers with different cancellation conditions. In this case, these are stated in the offer. If nothing is mentioned, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Excluded from reservations and not allowed in the apartments:
- Groups consisting of individuals aged 20 and under
Groups of 9 people or more (children up to 2 years not included)
- Celebrations and parties
- Noise nuisance
- Tokens
